Our first step to generating ideas was just to brainstorm some of the key points that were mentioned in the brief. We looked at the word "waste" and what it meant to each of us. We each saw waste as a strong defining word for this project and a great place to start in broadening our minds.

 We then tried to identify our aim and narrow it down to just a small amount of words. 

 This proved difficult though so to explore the topic further and get a better idea of the stores that our job was to humiliate we set ourselves a practical task of going and filming the stores reactions to us asking about the point system, we wanted to try and capture the confounded and quizzical expressions that we expected to get when broaching the idea of donating points to poverty.
